New Delhi: Actor Kamaal Rashid Khan has a history of getting into ugly spats with Bollywood celebrities on Twitter. The motor mouth he is, he doesn’t refrain from passing sleazy comment on A-listers of tinsel town. It is not that these celebrities just sit back; they give him befitting replies, but filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has decided to take a step towards ending it.
Vikram has started an online petition in which he has urged people to sign it. The petition aims to remove KRK’s Twitter account and is titled ‘Sign My Petition: Jack Dorsey: Block Kaamal R Khan’s Twitter Account, Stop His Obscene Attacks On Bollywood Celebrities’.
It all started when KRK, accused Bhatt of being a pimp and supplying actress Meera Chopra to a renowned producer. This enraged Bhatt and he ended up sending a defamation notice to Khan.

Bhatt, on his official Facebook page, revealed how the mud battle started especially after Khan’s insinuations made his daughter cry. On his Facebook page he wrote:
“It all started with a Twitter duel between Mr Kamaal R. Khan and me after the release of my film 'Love Games'. Then, came his review of the film '1920 London'. Though I did not produce the film, direct it, write the dialogue or the screenplay, he decided to do a review of me instead of the film. He made absurd insinuations-- called me a fraud, a pimp and other unsavory names. I couldn't care less; When you have made a business of ranting, then ranting is what you got to do!
Two hours later, I found my daughter crying in the corner. She was hurt. As I took her little body wracked with sobs in my arms, I saw things more clearly…
When you don't stand up and fight the rumors that are being perpetrated about you, your silence gives these rumors the fodder they need to seem like the truth to the people around you. I knew then that I had to fight, if not for for anything else then at least my daughter's tears.”
In his detailed Facebook post, Bhatt also listed all the times when KRK crossed a line with Bollywood celebs. Be it Sunny Leone, Parineeti Chopra, Lisa Haydon, Priyanka Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha and many other, KRK has said something or other about everyone.
The petition which has been started by Vikram on Change.org has got 1,680 supporters.
