Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who was busy shooting for her upcoming movie ‘Kahaani 2’ in US, has been diagnosed with dengue.
The actress has been complaining of ill health for a while now, and has returned to India on being confirmed about suffering from the disease.
While the actress is under treatment, she has been advised a rest of at least 10 days.
Considering her condition, Vidya has halted the shooting of ‘Kahaani 2’, till the time she recuperate.
Indeed this will take a toll on the movie, as the actress is yet to complete the last schedule of the movie, which happens to be the sequel to her 2012 release ‘Kahaani’.
In fact, there have been reports that this might postpone the release of ‘Kahaani 2’ to early next year.
However, no official announcement has been made in this regard so far.
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, ‘Kahaani 2’ also features Arjun Rampal in a key role, has been scheduled to hit the screens on November 25.
Apart from ‘Kahaani 2’, Vidya has two more movies in her kitty – ‘Begum Jaan’ which is said to be the remake of famous Bengali movie ‘Rajkahini’ and a yet-to-be named biopic based on author Kamala Das.
