The power-packed actress Vidya Balan, who wowed us with her performance in Begum Jaan, will be seen next in Tumhari Sulu. Recently, the shooting of the film ended and, celebration took place amid glitz and glamour. The Kahani 2 actress clicked several pictures with the film’s team and looked, beautiful all the way.
Vidya Balan wore a bright orange-yellow traditional outfit and striked a pose with her director Suresh Triveni and others. The actress, will be seen in a fun role as a night radio jockey in the movie, being produced bT-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment. The team recently wrapped their shoot and are currently busy with the pre-production tasks. Manav Kaul plays the on-screen husband of Vidya Balan in this slice-of-life comedy film.
The comedy-drama Tumhari Sulu will see Balan play a radio jockey again after Lage Raho Munna Bhai. Dhupia will essay the role of Balan's boss. Tumhari Sulu is being produced by T-Series and Atul Kasbekar's Ellipsis Entertainment.
In an interview, the Begum Jaan actress said. “Tumhari Sulu is a fun film. Sulu is a late night RJ and it will unleash the naughty side of me,”.The film revolves around Vidya (Sulochana or Sulu) who lands herself a surprising job of a fun and lively radio jockey.
Sridevi’s iconic number Hawa Hawai from Mr India is being recreated in the film by Tanishk Bagchi, known for giving contemporary touch to 1990s hit songs like Humma humma and Tamma tamma.Also starring Manav Kaul, the film also marks the Bollywood debut of RJ Malishka.
