Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor who is very vocal and doesn't mince his words wrote his desire on Twitter. Taking to micro-blogging site, the Kapoor & Sons actor also expressed his approval with Jammu & Kashmir's ex-Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah's view. Earlier, Farooq Abdullah said that Jammu & Kashmir belongs to India and PoK is Pakistan's. Rishi Kapoor agreed with it and also insisted that he wants to visit Pakistan before he dies.
''Farooq Abdhulla ji, Salaam! Totally agree with you,sir. J&K is ours, and PoK is theirs. This is the only way we can solve our problem. Accept it, I am 65 years old and I want to see Pakistan before I die. I want my children to see their roots. Bas karva Dijiye. Jai Mata Di !,'' he wrote on Twitter.
The actor got emotional while tweeting as he said that he wants his children to see their roots. Rishi Kapoor's ancestors belonged to Lyallpur district of Punjab in Pakistan which is present-day Faisalabad. His grandfather, Prithviraj Kapoor began his career from the theatres in Lyallpur and Peshawar and then in 1928, moved to Bombay to join Imperial Films Company. Since then the family has been ruling the Bollywood.
