After entertaining us with Dhamaal and Double Dhamaal, one of the highly awaited sequels of 2018, Total Dhamaal’s went on the floor this morning at Filmcity Mumbai with the entire star cast being present.
The film apart from the original cast, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Riteish Deshmukh and Ashish Chowdhury will also feature a bunch of new participants Ajay Devgn, Boman Irani, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit.
Superstar Aamir Khan who has worked with renowned filmmaker Indra Kumar for multiple box office hits along with Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgn gave the mahurat clap for 2018’s much awaited comic caper Total Dhamaal!
It is also reported that Aamir Khan directed the shot and director Indra Kumar assisted him, Madhuri Dixit switched on the camera and the mahurat shot took place in the presence of other stars of the film including Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Javed Jaffery and Sanjay Mishra. Aamir also shared a nostalgic moment with Madhuri, Anil and Ajay as the Secret Superstar actor has worked with the trio back in the days (Dil, Mann and Ishq).
This film is special as it brings together Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor after 18 odd years. We hope to see our hearts go dhak-dhak again.
Madhuri shared a picture from the event about her feeling of ‘jumping back to the 90s’ and also thanked Aamir for his gesture.
Madhuri Dixit shared a picture with Ajay and Anil from the sets on Twitter and wrote, “Worked with each one of them individually and now we all come together for #totaldhamaal...look forward to the fun times”.
It was in November last year that Indra Kumar announced Total Dhamaal with Madhuri and Anil. And this time around, the duo will be joined by Ajay Devgn for the multi-starrer.
Helmed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ajay Devgn Films, Ashok Thakeria, Markand Adhikari, Anand Pandit and Fox Star Studios, this comic drama releases on December 7th and will definitely be a laugh riot.
