Salman Khan’s high-octane drama Tiger Zinda Hai is breaking all the records at box office. The film opened in the last month of 2017 with staggering numbers. It became the second-biggest opener of the year 2017, following Baahubali 2. On Monday, it collected Rs 18.04 crore, which is quite a surprising number considering that it’s the 12th day of the movie. Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the Week 2 collection of Ali Abbas Zafar film.
Tiger Zinda Hai has managed to rake in Rs 272.79 crore at box office so far. It’s inching towards another benchmark with a constant pace. There’s no doubt that this film is going to touch the 300-crore mark soon.

In 2017, Ajay Devgn and Parineeti Chopra-starrer Golmaal Again was the top grosser with Rs 205 cr. Tiger Zinda Hai crossed Rs 150 cr mark in just five days and is now moving towards Rs 300 cr mark. This is the superstar’s 12th consecutive Rs 100-crore film and his fifth film to enter Rs 200-crore club.
Salman shared the screen space with actress Katrina Kaif in the flick directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie was the sequel to 2012 film Ek Tha Tiger. The lifetime collection of the prequel was Rs 198.78 cr.
