Popular with the tag Dabangg, Sultan and Tiger of Bollywood, Salman Khan is also called as ‘bhai’ in the B-town. From Bollywood celebrities to any common man, all prefer to call Salman 'bhai'.
But we hardly know the reason why this tag has been given to Salman. Recently, Salman in an interview revealed the reason why he is called 'bhai' of Bollywood. Salman in an interaction with Bollywoodlife said, ‘’Because Sohail calls me Bhai, even his friends started calling me Bhai. Now it so happens that even seniors have started calling me Bhai.”
Salman further revealed that this nickname became everyone’s favourite. He said, “From Salman, Salu, to Salle, to Sallu Bhai, to Bhai was quite a journey”.
Salman on the question about his marriage said he can’t afford it. Salman said, “Marriage has become such a big thing. You spend lakhs and lakhs and crores of money in getting somebody married. I can’t afford. That’s the reason I am single man.”
Salman was last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar directorial Tiger Zinda Hai which also featured Katrina Kaif in lead role. On work front, Salman is currently busy in the shooting of Race 3. The film also stars stars Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, Daisy Shah, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib Saleem and Anil Kapoor.
