Deepika Padukone, who is basking in the success of her recent release Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical saga Padmaavat, revealed her Valentine's Day plan. As the Valentine’s Day is round the corner, many celebrity couples and lovebirds can be seen talking about there plans for the day.
When Deepika Padukone was asked about her plans for Valentine’s Day, she said that everyday should be celebrated as the day of love. After essaying the royal character in Padmaavat, the actress is all set to portray a totally different role in her forthcoming film. She will be seen playing a gangster character in Sapna Didi, which is her next film.
Deepika has signed a film with Vishal Bhardwaj and has already begun shooting for it. In an interview with Deccan Chronicle she said, ‘’As far as V-Day is concerned, I think every day should be celebrated as a day of love. Meanwhile, I am going to be prepping for my next film, Sapna Didi.”
The film Sapna Didi is basically an adaptation of S Hussain Zaidi book named as Mafia Queens of Mumbai.
In the film, Deepika will be seen in a lead role which is based on the life of Ashraf Khan. Deepika’s Piku co-star Irrfan Khan will also be seen in her forthcoming film in an antagonist role.
On the success of Padmaavat, Deepika said, “I have not had the time to celebrate the success since there is so much happening right now.”
