Ever since the Bollywood remake of Hollywood blockbuster Fault In Our Stars has been announced, cinephiles are waiting for further details about the project. But it seems like the film is not only making headlines in India, it also got the original Fault In Our Stars’ cast talking. Yes, the lead actors of TFIOS, Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort were excited on learning the news. Not only this, Hazel aka Woodley from the film also tweeted about this Bollywood remake.

Shailene shared the news on her Twitter handle, "okay? @AnselElgort okay ;)"

Ansel Elgort was quick to notice Shailene’s tweet and he insisted on watching this Bollywood movie together.

The author of the best-selling John Green also jumped into the conversation and tweeted, “I can't believe this is happening. Amazing! ⚡️ “Bollywood remake of The Fault in Our Stars confirms its female lead”

There are no confirmed details on how closely the film will follow its source material or the original film, but the movie will feature score by music maestro A.R.Rahman.

Produced by Fox Star Studios, the Indian adaptation marks the directorial debut of casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The shooting for the film will begin in the middle of 2018.
