New Delhi: Comedian Tanmay Bhat got on the receiving end of flak when he mocked legends Sachin Tendulkar and Lata Mangeshkar in a snapchat video. Since then, much has been said and written about it and many film stars have commented on it.
While there are the likes of Anupam Kher and Riteish Deshmukh, who out rightly condemned it, the superstar likes of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khna chose to not comment on the burning issue.
Big B, in his media interaction today hesitantly replied to this question by saying,
“I think it’s about (people’s) perspective .What they are comfortable with, they do that. I don’t know anything about it so I can’t comment.”

When probed further, Mr. Bachchan said,
“See it’s all about creating content. Like if I say anything, that will create (become) content, and then we have people who will debate on that content. So why create it? It’s not necessary.”
Big B’s on screen son Shah Rukh Khan has something to say on similar lines. During a press interaction, King Khan said
“Yaar mai toh in baaton mein jitna chup rahoon utna accha hai. (Its better if I keep quiet on these matters).”
The Badshah certainly knows that his statements take a wrong turn and he receives a lot of backlash.
