Tanmay Bhat, who embroiled in a snapchat controversy last year for mimicking Sachin Tendulkar, shared an emotional message on master blaster’s birthday. The comedian stated that he has been Sachin’s ardent fan and the fact that the cricketer will remember him for his silly joke makes him sad.
Tanmay took to social networking site Facebook to thank Sachin for being his inspiration. He also stated that he never thought that Sachin would ever see that joke and the saddest part was he would probably never get the opportunity to meet him.
The comedian went on to say that may be one day he will make Sachin laugh with his joke and the legend will hear something positive about him.
He concluded his post saying, “I will still always make jokes about you. Because you joke freely about the ones you love.”
Last year, in a snapchat video, Tanmay made fun of Sachin Tendulkar and Lata Mangeshkar and faced the anger of NCP and MNS leaders in Maharashtra. The video went viral and Bhat was criticised for it. After that, Tanmay apologised for his mistake.
This latest post by the comedian indicates that he is just like million fans of Sachin and is really sorry for his mistake.
