Sushant Singh Rajput announced his another project titled Rifleman, in which he will play a soldier. The actor took to Instagram to share the poster of the film. ''An advancing enemy. A border to protect. One Braveheart.#RIFLEMAN On the occasion of Army Day, excited to announce my next film,'' he captioned the post. Sushant was last seen in Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath, which marked debut of newbie Sara Ali Khan. Set against the backdrop of 2013 Uttarakhand floods, the movie was an inter-faith love story. Kedarnath received mixed response from critics, however, one thing that everyone praised was Sara's performance. ''I am really happy with the audience response to the film. When an actor’s work gets appreciated then it feels good because through that he gets an encouragement,'' Sushant said on audience's response to Kedarnath.

Currently, Sushant has multiple projects in the pipeline. Trailer of his dacoit drama, Son Chiriya has already created much buzz. With such a talented star cast, the trailer has raised our expectations.

Besides these, he will be seen opposite Jacqueline Fernandez in Drive. It is a Karan Johar's production, directed by Tarun Mansukhani. Sushant is also a part of Nitesh Tiwari's Chhichore and Mukesh Chhabra's Kizie Aur Manny.
