Get ready for the oven-fresh pairing of two brilliant actors, Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar. The two stars are set to work in Udta Punjab fame Abhishek Chaubey's next film. The movie is set in the Chambal belt of 1970s, famous for its dreaded dacoits. Besides these two, the film also has a great ensemble like Ashutosh Rana, Ranvir Shorey and Manoj Bajpayee.
The film is tentatively titled Sone Chidaiya and will be shot in real locations of Morena and Bhind of Madhya Pradesh. The shooting will begin from January 10, next year. A source revealed to Bollywood Life, ''We are having script reading sessions for the whole team. Prep is on in full swing. The film is high on emotions and drama. There is a love story as well. We will start shoot from January 10, 2018.''
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, this movie is first collaboration between Abhishek Chaubey and Sushant Singh Rajput. The director has earlier helmed Ishqiya, Dedh Ishqiya and Udta Punjab. On a related note, the infamous belt of Chambal Valley was known for its dacoits such as Maan Singh, Phoolan Devi and Paan Singh Tomar among others.
