New Delhi: If Salman Khan’s stardom was not enough to keep his upcoming movie, ‘Sultan’ in news, a controversy with singer Arijit Singh did. Arijit, who has crooned many hit numbers in Bollywood movies, has no dearth of opportunities and is a favourite of masses. Yet, he pleaded the superstar to not chop off a song sung by him from ‘Sultan’.
While Salman chose to stay mum on the entire row, he released the version of ‘Jag Ghoomeya’ sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. The soulful track, manages to perfectly capture the love story of Anushka Sharma played ‘Aarfa’ and Salman Khan ‘Sultan’.
The makers did not forget to add a Salman signature step, to add to the oomph factor of the song.
But, if you thought it is only Rahat Fateh Ali Khan or Arijit Singh, who have lend their voices for this song, you are mistaken. As the Sultan himself, Salman Khan too has sung this song.
