Sui Dhaaga trailer out: Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma as Mauji and Mamta win hearts in a story Made in India
Bollywood film Sui Dhaaga trailer featuring Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma is out now. The film reunites the combo of Sharat Kataria and Maneesh Sharma, who have given us a gem like Dum Laga Ke Haisha. The Sui Dhaaga trailer showcases the journey of Mauji (Varun Dhawan) and Mamta (Anushka Sharma) in a fresh and heart-warming manner.
Taking to her Twitter handle, Anushka Sharma shared Sui Dhaaga trailer with a caption that read, “A story stitched with threads of India. A story Made in India”
Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma, both of whom have been dabbling in different genres and so far winning, take centrestage in the trailer with ample support from Raghubir Yadav, who plays the bad-tempered father. After being humiliated by him employer, Dhawan decides to open his own business by going back to his trusted sewing machine. With some encouragement from Sharma, the two are able to successfully build a self-sustaining business model.

Recently, on the occasion of Handloom Day, the star cast of Sui Dhaaga reveal a video telling how they got their logo made by the artisans.
Sui Dhaaga is shot in Bhopal, Chanderi and Delhi. It is set to hit the screens on September 28 and will clash with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Pataakha at the box office.
On a related note, Anushka Sharma is also set to feature in Anand L Rai’s Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
