Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree has collected Rs 88.82 crore and, will soon be entering the coveted Rs 100 crore club. Actress Flora Saini (also known by her screen name, Asha Saini) played the silent villains of the film. Flora, who played the titular role in Stree, talked about how she didn't expect the film would receive such good response from the audience and told IANS: "I don't think anyone of us thought that Stree would do this well maybe because it is a horror-comedy. It's new and fresh. It is totally experimental but the kind of response we have got, I'm sure nobody was ready for it."

Directed by debutant Amar Kaushik and written by Go Goa Gone fame Raj Nidimoru, Krishna DK, Stree has been produced by Dinesh Vijan.
