Sridevi Bungalow: Boney Kapoor's friend says that the filmmaker won't rest until Priya Prakash Varrier's film is shelved
Popular south film actress Priya Prakash Varrier, who became the internet sensation with her wink scene from a song of her film Oru Adar Love, is back in news due to her Bollywood debut film Sridevi Bungalow.
The trailer of the film was released recently and filmmaker and late actress Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor after watching the trailer of the film, expressed his concern over Priya’s character resemblance to his late wife Sridevi.
Boney even sent a legal notice to the filmmakers after the trailer release of the film over the issue. And now according to a report of Deccan Chronicle, one of his friends has revealed that Boney won’t rest until Priya’s film Sridevi Bungalow is shelved.
The trailer of Sridevi Bungalow showcased Priya lying in a bathtub which is quite similar the way Boney’s wife and Bollywood actress Sridevi passed away last year.
Boney has expressed his concern over it as he sees Priya’s film as a reference to Sridevi’s life and her unfortunate death.
