Actor Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Spyder is going to be different from other movies for some obvious reason. Over the years, movie buffs have witnessed villains or heroes consuming alcohol in the films to establish a cool quotient. Filmmaker AR Murugadoss has come up with an innovative idea to promote anti-drinking and anti-smoking stance as Spyder will reportedly be free from any kind of smoking or alcohol scenes.

If reports are to be believed, SJ Suryah, who plays an antagonist in the film, will be seen having green tea. As no character in the movie will be seen drinking liquor, the makers have reportedly applied for elimination of warning advertisements before the film and during the interval.

Spyder is a bilingual film and its Hindi version has been approved and will be without warning ads. Now, it is yet to be seen if same thing happens with the Telugu version.

It is a mega budget film and features actress Rakul Preet as the female lead. The teasers of the film received positive response from the audiences. Looking at the popularity of Mahesh, it seems that the movie is going to a hit.

Mahesh and Murugadoss are coming together for the first time with Spyder. The movie is slated to release on September 27.
