Spiritual leader Sadhguru is all praises for Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika, says film instils national pride
The period drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi starring Kangana Ranaut has been making huge headlines ever since its inception. The movie is all set to release on January 25. Before the film hits the cinema, a special screening of Manikarnika was arranged for Sadhguru. The spiritual leader has reviewed the Kangana Ranaut starrer and, is all praises for the film.
Sharing a picture with Kangana Ranaut and Prasoon Joshi, Sadhguru said, “#Manikarnika epitomizes valour, commitment & passion of an Indian woman who left a mark on the nation's history & its struggle for freedom. Earlier, Kangana Ranaut interacted with Isha Foundation chief Sadhguru for a segment of In Conversation with the Mystic.
Recently, Kangana Ranaut opened up about people criticizing Manikarnika. "I feel people who are not saying good things about me or my film will have to shut their mouths after watching the film and people who are saying good things, their mouths can't be shut by anyone, this is what I feel", the Queen actress was quoted as saying in a recent media interaction.
Directed by Krish, the film stars Kangana Ranaut, Jishu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongappa, Atul Kulkarni, Ankita Lokhande and Zeeshan Ayub among others. The film is written by the writers of Baahubali and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
Manikarnika is set to release on January 25.
