Sooryavanshi: This latest picture of Akshay Kumar shooting bike stunts in Bangkok is unmissable, check it out
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, who was last seen in Kesari, is busy shooting for his upcoming film Sooryavanshi in Bangkok these days. While fans can't wait for Akki to reunite with Katrina Kaif on the big screens after nine long years, the latest picture of the Khiladi Kumar has caught everyone's attention. In the Sooryavanshi BTS photo, Akshay Kumar can be seen in a fierce action avatar performing bike stunts in the streets of Bangkok.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the picture and wrote, "Action. Stunts. Chase... Akshay Kumar shoots bike stunts on the streets of #Bangkok for #Sooryavanshi... Akshay collaborates with director Rohit Shetty for the first time".
Recently, Rohit Shetty shared Akshay Kumar's look for Sooryavanshi with a caption that read, "No Uniforms No Marked Cars ANTI TERRORISM SQUAD - The GHOST department of our Police Force SOORYAVANSHI @akshaykumar"
Akshay Kumay said shooting his own stunts in the city makes him feel nostalgic. The 51-year-old actor learned combat sport Muay Thai and worked as a chef and waiter in Bangkok before making it big in the movies.
"I always have a lot of fun doing my own stunts. Rohit is anyway a class apart when it comes to action in his films. And doing these bike stunts on the streets of Bangkok was extra special.
"Many years back I would ride a bike in Bangkok to deliver food. Now I am doing the same all over again, to earn my food," Akshay said in a statement.
Sooryavanshi is being produced by Karan Johar. The movie will release on Eid 2020, clashing with Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt-starrer Inshallah. Rohit Shetty also announced that he is keen on making a cop drama based on a female police officer and he already has a script in his mind.
Sooryavanshi was announced in a one-of-its-kind manner during the climax of Simmba.On the film front, Katrina Kaif would next be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat. Akshay Kumar would next be seen in Mission Mangal, Housefull 4 and Good News. He is presently also shooting for Laaxmi Bomb, a horror comedy which is supposed to be a remake of Tamil movie Kanchana.
