Actress Sonakshi Sinha is no longer a part of Anees Bazmee’s upcoming movie ‘Mubaraka’. It was reported that Sonakshi left the movie because of her rumoured ex-flame Arjun Kapoor.

Arjun along with uncle Anil Kapoor has been roped in for ‘Mubaraka’.

Reportedly, the ‘Akira’ actress was not comfortable sharing the screen space with her ex-flame.

Sonakshi and Arjun reportedly began dating each other in 2014 while shooting for Tevar but parted ways last year after the film released.

But contrary to reports, Sona has called leaving ‘Mubaraka’ a professional decision.

“I don’t think it’s right to speak about the film that I was offered and I am not doing. It was a matter between me and the producer. It was a professional decision to not to do the film and nothing else,” Sonakshi told an entertainment portal.

“People have a habit of cooking up stuff (stories). But I don’t think I need to clarify things to anyone,” she added.

Currently, Sonakshi Sinha is busy promoting her upcoming movie ‘Akira’.

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, ‘Akira’, also features Anurag Kashyap and Konkona Sen Sharma and will hit the theatres on September 02.
