Though, Anushka’s solo appearance on the popular comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show surprised the viewers. Absence of co-star, Diljit Dosanjh from the show left the audience guessing.
The apparent reason, as per the reports, for Diljit Dosanjh not being present on the Kapil Sharma’s show was due to his contract with the Colors Channel.
Diljit Dosanjh is currently seen judging the popular singing reality show, Rising Star on Colors Channel. And everyone knows that the channel and Kapil Sharma do not share a cordial relationship.
Kapil Sharma, when he was doing ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ had a tiff with the channel. Due to which he switched to the rival channel, Sony Entertainment to air his show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.
Speculations are rife that because of this the Punjabi actor did not appear on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.
This fall-out can be a possible reason why Diljit Dosanjh was not allowed by Colors Channel to appear on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. The animosity between Colors and Kapil Sharma persists, and seems there’s no sign of letting it go.
