SIIMA 2017 Day 2- Ranbir Kapoor and Rana Daggubati's Lungi dance

The ongoing South Indian cinema extravaganza is making headlines these days for all the right reasons.  While Akhil Akkineni’s soulful rendition won hearts on the Day 1 of South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), Day 1 was even more star-studded and exciting. Just like the first day, the second day of SIIMA was filled with mesmerizing performances, amazing sartorial displays and big wins. Amidst all, Ranbir Kapoor’s camaraderie with Baahubali actor Rana Daggubati stole hearts. The duo was seen trying their hands on the trademark Lungi dance on the stage.

Like it is said, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Ranbir was following the adage way too seriously. Over the black suit, he wrapped a white Lungi to shake his legs along with Rana Daggubati, who looked ravishing in black blazer and Lungi. Actor Madhavan, Naveen Babu also known as Nani also shook their legs with the trademark Lungi. The impromptu performance by these superstars enthralled the audience to the fullest. SIIMA’s official Twitter account posted the pictures of the moment.

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif gave away the Best Actor Award )Female) to Varalaxmi Sarathkumar for Thara Thappata, although, the actress wasn’t present. R. Madhavan, her co-star received the award on her behalf.
