After the names of Bollywood actresses like Anushka Shetty, Katrina Kaif, Kriti Sanon, Disha Patani and Pooja Hedge surfaced to essay the leading lady of Baahubali star Prabhas in Saaho, now the final confirmation has been made for Shraddha Kapoor's name.

According to the sources, Shraddha was the first choice of makers for Saaho. But later they chose Anushka as the leading lady of Prabhas. A source revealed, “Shraddha was our first choice. She heard us out and was almost jumping with excitement during the narration. Then, she quoted a price that had the team running out of her residence as fast as possible. She wanted Rs 8 crore. We were shocked. We don’t pay that kind of money to actors in Telugu cinema. But she wouldn’t budge. She was like, ‘I love the script and I’d love to work with Prabhas. But the price remains unchanged.’

But Anushka was recently dropped out from Saaho due to her extra weight. And makers chose Shraddha over Anushka.

It is also said that Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen in the antagonist role in Prabhas's film Saaho. Chunky Pandey and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy names are also being linked with Saaho.

Now with Shraddha being part of Saaho, it is also said that the film will be released in Hindi as well. Unlike Baahubali, Saaho will not be dubbed, but will be shot simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
