This Friday will witness one of the biggest clashes at box office with two Bollywood releases ‘Shivaay’ and ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. As the date to the clash is nearing, things are getting much heated up around. While all eyes are on the box office collections of the movies, actor-filmmaker Ajay Devgn has made quite an interesting statement about the clash.
During an interview to a leading daily, Ajay said that he was capable of handling production house like Dharma Productions (headed by Karan Johar) and Yash Raj Films (whose head honcho is Aditya Chopra) with his little finger.
Ajay made this statement when he was questioned why he chooses to collide with biggies at the box office. In 2012, his movie ‘Son Of Sardar’ took YRF’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan head on. To this, Ajay said that he decided to release ‘Shivaay’ on October 28, almost a year ago. He said that when he had announced the date, there were no releases so if someone decided to go against it, then it is fine.
“It's fair enough that two films come and there is space for two films and let the audience decide. The better one will work,” Ajay added.

Ajay was further asked if he ever felt singled out being the solo fighter against such big production house. To this he answered in the negative saying that he has many friends in the industry. He said he enjoys the support of his friends and doesn’t talk about it a lot because it messes things.
“Apart from that, I feel when I require I'll talk to them, otherwise right now, I don't need any help and I can handle anybody with my little finger,” said Ajay reportedly showing his little finger.
Seems Ajay is quite confident that his project ‘Shivaay’ will do be accepted with open arms among movie goers.
Apart from Ajay, ‘Shivaay’ stars Erika Kaar, Sayesha Saigal , Abigail Eames and Vir Das in pivotal roles. While the only known face in ‘Shivaay’ is that of Ajay, its competitor at box office ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ has no dearth of stars. While Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Fawad Khan will essay key roles in ADHM, it also features, Shah Rukh Khan and Lisa Haydon in cameos.
