Bakasana or crane pose is an effective yoga pose, which is extremely difficult to execute. However, our B-town beauty Shilpa Shetty Kundra has mastered the pose and, we can’t help but stare in awe. The Dhadkan actress who makes headlines more for her fitness regime than her movies, shared a video on International Yoga Day 2017. We must say she nailed it like a pro. Mother to a beautiful baby boy Viaan Raj Kundra, Shilpa looked every bit gorgeous as she performed Bakasana pose in style.

In the videos, you can find the gorgeous actress sharing her fitness secrets and healthy recipes. As the Youtube channel became immensely popular in a short span of time, a Bangalore-based restaurant has approached Shilpa to feature her recipes in a special section of the restaurant menu. 

Recently, the 42-year-old actress performed Yoga in Jaipur and shared tips to keep the body healthy. Accompanied by husband Raj Kundra, she asked the participants to practice yoga daily in the morning and have good eating habits.
