Ex-lovers Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have indeed proved that friendship can exist even if relationship ends. Shahid recently revealed that he was extremely pleased to see Kareena in her pregnancy and was very happy for her.
Few days ago, it was being said that Shahid and Kareena accidentally met at an award show and they not only congratulated each other with a hug but were also spotted chit-chatting. On being asked, Shahid disclosed to a leading daily that he did bump into his ‘Jab We Met’ co-star and it was heart-warming for him to see her fully pregnant.
He further said that he had experienced the feeling of having a baby, thus, he was very happy for her. Both the actors bonded well as Shahid asked mother-to-be Kareena about her delivery date whereas the latter asked about Shahid’s new born baby Misha.
Shahid said, "I asked her when she was due, and she told me it is sometime next month. She also asked about Misha. So, it was very nice."
The gesture was indeed adorable.
Shahid and Kareena were last seen together in Abhishek Chaubey directorial ‘Udta Punjab’. However, they were not paired opposite each other.
On a related note, Shahid will next be seen with Bebo’s husband Saif Ali Khan in Rangoon. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film also features Kangana Ranaut in a prominent role.
