Shahid Kapoor, who is reportedly been roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmavati’, had put two major conditions before signing the movie.

The first condition is that the new dad will begin shooting after a couple of months, as he wants to spend some quality time with his newly born daughter. Shahid’s wife Mira gave birth to their first Child on Friday and the actor doesn’t want to miss on this special time with the baby.

On the other hand, Shasha wants to share an equal screen space that of Ranveer Singh, who plays the antagonist in the movie.

The actor will be seen romancing Deepika for the first time on screen. Shahid will be playing role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh where as RV will be seen as Allaudin Khilji.

Looks like Bhansali doesn’t want to miss out on Shahid ,and is considering his demands. This will be Shahid’s first project with Bhansli productions.

Reportedly, Shahid too has started preparing for ‘Padmavati’. In fact, he is also seen bonding over gym sessions with Ranveer Singh.

If the reports are to be believed, ‘Padmavati’ will release on Diwali next year.
