New Delhi: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has completed 13 years in Bollywood and is quite happy with his journey so far.
The actor has tried his hands on varied roles and has earned a lot of appreciation.
From the boy next door in ‘Ishq Vishq’ to the perfect groom in ‘Vivaah’ to a titular protagonist in ‘Haider’, his hard work was quite visible.
Shahid has successfully carved a niche for himself and is now one of the A-lister celebs of the industry.
Today, in order to celebrate his 13 years in B-twon, the ‘Shaandaar’ actor initiated a Twitter chat with his fans, where he answered several questions from talking about his first crush to winning a national award and even parenthood.

With Shahid being such an eye-candy, everyone has wondered who was that first girl who touched his heart. So when a fan asked the actor about his first crush, he revealed, “This girl who was 3 years older in my next building. She never even knew”
Later a fan quizzed him on how he feels on completing 13 years in Bollywood, Shahid retorted saying it is just another day for him.
Just like every man, Shahid too is fond of cricket. On being asked about who is his favourite cricketer, the ‘Kaminey’ actor counted on the names of Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli.
Shahid Kapoor will soon be seen sharing the screen space with three times National Award winner Kangana Ranaut in ‘Rangoon’. Indeed his fans are excited to see him win the prestigious honour as well. But Shahid has asked them to hold their horses and not to create expectations. He also revealed his future plans post ‘Rangoon’ and ‘Udta Punjab’ saying his is unemployed after these two movies.
Apart from his professional growth, this versatile actor is all set to enter a new phase in personal life. Shahid and Mira are expecting their first child and the fans had lots to ask about the new member of his family. A fan quizzed him about the name he is thinking for his baby, to which Shahid quipped saying that he’s finding it difficult to choose a name and even welcomed suggestions.
Shahid also confessed that his is way too excited to welcome his first child and on being asked about how he is enjoying this phase, the actor stated that one can only know about it once he reaches there.
