New Delhi: Abhishek Choubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ has created a lot of buzz in the tinselvile. The movie is one of the most anticipated movies of the year as it brings together ex-couple Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The two had been in a serious relationship for several years and had last worked together in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Jab We Met’ in 2007.
Now, after over 7 years, Kareena and Shahid will be seen sharing the screen space in ‘Udta Punjab’.
While the ex-couple didn’t seem awkward in each other company and the two reportedly enjoyed working together.
So when Shahid was recently quizzed about working with Kareena once again, the ‘Haider’ actor stated that he has no problem.
“I have always said ‘yes’. I have been asked this question 30 times, and I have always said ‘yes’. If it happens, it’s great and if it doesn’t happen, I have no problem. I really don’t think about it beyond a point,” Shahid told a leading daily.
The actor also praised Bebo saying that she is just awesome to work with. “Kareena is awesome because as you can see, she becomes every character she plays,” he added.
Well it would indeed be interesting to see Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan working together again.
‘Udta Punjab’, also starring Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh, is slated to hit the screens on June 17.
