Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput shot for an episode of chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ and the actor shared a selfie of the same recently. This episode marks Mira’s debut in television and has obviously many eyes set on it. Before the show airs, here is some inside scoop about what will happen.
According to a report in a leading daily, Mira was quite unguarded about her statements. With a free mind, she spoke her heart out leaving the host filmmaker Karan Johar in splits.
During the conversation, when KJo quizzed Mira how her family reacted when she married a renowned star like Shahid, the young wife said it wasn’t a big deal for them. The Delhi based girl told that her family belonged to a literary background and were not star struck.
On this Shahid added that Mira’s family doesn’t read Page 3 of entertainment papers but quickly jumped to the business section.
When the news of 34-year old Shahid Kapoor marrying a 21-year old Mira, came into limelight; their age difference was largely spoken about. This topic too was a part of their conversation and Mira got into banter with her husband on this. At one point she even called Shahid a ‘cradle-snatcher’; a person who marries a younger person.

Shahid and Mira recently welcomed their first child Misha into their lives. Since her birth, the ‘Udta Punjab’ actor has given many statements about how fatherhood changes one for the better. He had also said that he doesn’t like to leave home these days and just keep staring at Misha all day.
