Out of the two ex flames, Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, the former is a parent and the other is on verge of stepping into the new phase. Other than the different phases at which they are becoming parents, seems the outlook of both the exes towards parenting is different.
Shahid Kapoor, according to a report a leading daily, was approached by a leading baby oil brand to endorse their product. But Sasha politely denied the offer saying that he doesn’t prefer commercialising his fatherhood.
Next, the brand went to soon-to-be mother Kareena Kapoor Khan. Not only did Kareena give a nod to endorsing the product, she reportedly asked for hefty fees too. Kareena was given a fat pay cheque, more than any pregnant actress has ever got.

This is not the first incident that Kareena is endorsing a product as a pregnant woman. Recently, she was roped in to be the face of the Prega News. Bebo recently wrapped up the shoot for the commercial.
On a related note, this is not the first that Shahid has denied an offer that cashes on his fatherhood. Soon after his daughter Misha was born, a popular entertainment magazine had reportedly asked Sasha for the first pics of his daughter. Refusing the offer, Shahid had said that the pictures are special and dear to him.
Well, this further ascertains that Shahid and Kareena don’t think the same way.
On Misha’s birth, Kareena was among the first ones to give Shahid heartiest congratulations. Kareena is pregnant with her first child with husband Saif Ali Khan and the delivery is due in December. After being on a maternity leave for almost four months, Kareena will begin shooting for Rhea Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’.
