On 30th May, just a month before its release, the trailer of Sanju was launched by the makers at a grand event in Mumbai. The event was attended by the entire star cast of the film barring Anushka Sharma, who was in the US at that time to shoot for Zero. During the trailer launch event, lead actor Ranbir Kapoor revealed many interesting details of his own personal life while interacting with media.

So far, only one track has been released ‘Main Badhiya Tu Bhi Badhiya’ which features Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor in the video. It is being said that father Sunil Dutt lambasted Sanjay Dutt for his poor lip sync in one of the music videos. The incident dates back to Rocky’s release in 1981. It was Sanjay Dutt’s debut film and helmed by none other than veteran actor Sunil Dutt. The song was ‘Dosto ko salaam dushmano ko salaam’ sung by legendary singer Kishore Kumar.

Salman Khan not happy with Sanju trailer?
According to the latest interview by a news agency, Salman Khan is not happy with the last portion of the trailer. He believes that the last 8-10 years of the biopic should have been played by Sanjay Dutt himself. Speaking to the news agency, he said, “For Sanju, I was thinking why is somebody else playing this bit? The last 8-10 years, you cannot do justice to that. Sanju should have played the last bit.”

Amid the Sanju trailer, Ranbir Kapoor hogged the limelight for his alleged affair with Brahmastra co-star Alia Bhatt. During a media interaction the actor nearly confirmed his relationship status with the 25-year-old actress. Talking to a leading magazine, he said, ““It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit.”
