New Delhi: Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming periodical dram ‘Padmavati’ has been one of the most talked about movies of the year.
The movie has been bagging a lot of attention because of the speculations about its leading cast.
Lately the reports were rife that Bhansali is all set to bring together Ranveer-Deepika as the lead couple in ‘Padmavati’.
While the makers are yet to make any official announcement, Bhansali has started with the ‘Padmavati’ journey.
Yes! Singer Shreya Ghoshal has recorded the first song of Bhansali's upcoming magnum opus ‘Padmavati’ and is on cloud nine ever since.
Shreya took it to micro-blogging site twitter to share her happiness and praised Bhansali’s composition which she considers her career's landmark.
"Recorded a landmark song of my life today. Soul satisfying emotional joy ride. I live just to be able to experience such moments! What outstanding compositions Sanjay Bhansali sir has made for#Padmavati. Sang with all heart,” the singer said in a statement.
The singer won all the major music awards for “Deewani Mastani” from Bhansali's last release “Bajirao Mastani”. He not only produced and directed "Bajirao Mastani", he also composed music for the film.
‘Padmavati’ will, reportedly, release in December 2017.
