New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan’s most-awaited movie of the year ‘Sultan’ has been leaked online, a day before its release.
The much awaited movie was reportedly ‘leaked’ on Tuesday, 24 hours ahead of its scheduled release in 4500 screens across the nation.
Cyber-crime expert, Deep Shankar, has confirmed the leak news.
Shankar said that the copy of the movie was available on the darknet and will soon be available on torrent.
However, taking a proactive stance the cyber cell has reportedly blocked many sites and links were taken down.

Yash Raj Films, on the other hand, have denied the leak.
Notably, ‘Sultan’ is not the first movie to be leaked online before its schedule release.
Last month, Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Udta Punjab’ was also leaked online just two days before its release on June 17.
Indra Kumar’s ‘Great Grand Masti’ leaked 17 days before its release on July 22. Starring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani and Urvashi Rautela, the movie may suffer monetary losses.
Though interestingly, neither the makers of ‘Great Grand Masti’ nor 'Sultan' have filed any official complaint regarding the leak.
