New Delhi: Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ has been one of the most anticipated movies of the year 2016. The movie has garnered a lot of attention much before its scheduled release on Eid, falling early next month.
In fact the first song of ‘Sultan’ - ‘Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai’- is already topping the chartbeat. However, Salman Khan’s version of the song is gaining more popularity than the original.
But if the gossip mongers are to be believed, the ‘Sultan’ makers were quite miffed after Salman ‘unexpectedly’ released his version which was also sung by his rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur.
“He did it all by himself. No one was aware of his plans until he was done. Not even the composers Vishal-Shekhar or the YRF team,” an inside from YRF reportedly told an entertainment portal.
Though, there haven’t been any reports about any dispute between YRF and Salman over the song, but a leading entertainment magazine has stated ‘the racy track has the production house's hearts racing in another direction’.
“We had no clue that Salman was planning something like this. Before flying to Budapest to shoot the song, he called and informed the YRF team that he had recorded the song on the phone and he was uploading it on Twitter. He had arranged everything himself, from the music to the recording. It was a complete surprise. Salman has added his own touch to the track, adding a few words to the track,” the source further added.
Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Sultan’ also stars Anushka Sharma in the lead.
