New Delhi: By now, everyone who follows Bollywood is aware that all is not well between best buddies Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. The ‘Chal Mere Bhai’ stars who were once best of friends haven’t even met ever since Sanju stepped out of Yerwada prison.
Earlier, it was reported that Sanju Baba’s manger (suggested by Salman) is the reason behind the tussle between the two. Now the latest media reports suggest that the cold war has been escalated between the two because of actor Ranbir Kapoor.
For the uninitiated, Ranbir has been roped in to play Sanjay Dutt in Raju Hairani’s biopic and it has, reportedly, miffed Sallu.

While Sanjay is found of Ranbir, Salman on the other hand doesn’t share good rapport with the ‘Rockstar’ star, because Ranbir dated Salman’s ex girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Salman, reportedly, has raised objection over his selection.
“They are very similar individuals and therefore get hurt by the same things. We all thought the cold war would calm down after some time. But neither Bhai (Salman) nor Baba (Sanjay) is willing to budge. Basically, Bhai wants anyone but Ranbir to play Sanjay. But Baba adores Ranbir and won’t change his mind,” a common friend was quoted by a leading daily.
Notably, Salman and Sanjay don’t even want to see each other eye to eye these days. They have, reportedly, refused to attend the events where the other one was present.
“If Salman comes to know that Sanjay is attending an event he refuses to attend, and vice versa.”
Reportedly, mutual friends are now trying to work out a patch-up between the two warring stars.
“Salman needs to understand that Sanjay won’t change his mind about Ranbir playing him,” said the friend.
