Actress Saiyami Kher, who will be soon be making her Bollywood debut with ‘Mirzya’ says that the movie has helped her evolve as a person.
It took around two years for the movie to complete has Saiyami feels that she has also grown as an actor.
While the newcomer is quite excited about the movie, she says it couldn’t have been better that this
"It couldn't get any better for me. I was chosen for 'Mirzya' after six months of auditioning. Then, when I finally got selected, Rakeysh Sir took me to Delhi to be trained by a theatre director Dilip Shankar”, said Saiyami.
The actress also mentioned that she is quite emotionally attached to ‘Mirzya’ and is finding it a little hard to move unlike her co-star from the Harshvardhan Kapoor. Interestingly, Harshvardhan too will be making his debut with ‘Mirzya’.
"My co-star Harshvardhan Kapoor has already moved on. He is doing a second film. I am still emotionally attached to 'Mirzya'. I know everyone will disperse soon. But how do I deal with it? It's like end of schooling. You know you have to move on in life. But the break is very painful," Saiyami added.
On the other hand, Saiyami is all praises for director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra as says he is more of a family to her now who has taught her a lot of things during their journey.
