Owing to the popularity of the legendary Indian batsman, the film received a lot of acclaim from the audience as well as the critics. The audience’s response on its very first day was impressive enough, considering it to be a documentary. Undoubtedly, the movie has managed to leave a mark in the history of Indian cinema.
The first day collection of Sachin: A Billion Dreams was about 8.40 crore which is believed to be pretty impressive for a docudrama. Today, Taran Adarsh revealed the second day collection of the movie. Not surprisingly, the second-day box office report showed an upward trend. The collection grew from 8.40 crore to 9.20 crore on Saturday. The renowned movie critic himself declared the numbers to be fantastic for a docudrama.
