In a shocking incident, popular Indian fashion designer has been arrested on Friday early morning following an alleged fight with neighbour over parking space New Delhi. The designer reportedly created a ruckus and misbehaved with his neighbour in South Delhi’s Defence Colony area. The incident took place late Thursday night. According to the Delhi police, they received a PCR call at 3.22am rearding a fight over parking space in C- Block following which Bal Bal was arrested. The designer's cook and driver were also put the bars, reports suggest.
“We got a call from the complainant. Bal was arrested on charges of illegal trespassing, causing nuisance under influence of liquor and threatening,” according to a senior police officer.
The Police further informed a case under section 427 (mischief, causing damage to the amount of Rs 50), 451 (house trespass) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC has been registered at Defence Colony police station.
