New Delhi: The rumours of Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh starring in Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming movie have been doing the rounds from quite a while now.
As per the fresh reports, Ranveer Singh has already signed the movie. In fact Zoya also approached Ali Bhatt and apparently the ‘Kapoor & Sons’ actress has given nod for it.
Apart from Ranveer and Alia, the movie happens to have another lead role. This particular role was proposed to Ranbir Kapoor, who initially did showed interest in the project.
But, later he decided to decline the offer as he didn’t want to play second fiddle with Ranveer.

After the Kapoor scion’s refusal, the role was offered to Varun Dhawan, who also was not very interested to a part of two-hero film.
The amount of truth in these rumours is yet to be ascertained. But it would surely be an exciting experience to watch the two R’s – Ranveer and Ranbir together on the silver screen.
