Raazi first song titled Ae Watan starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal is out now. The story revolves around Alia Bhatt's character Sehmat who gets married to a Pakistani officer played by Vicky only to become ears and eyes of India. The naive girl becomes an Indian spy on the order of her father played by Ranjit Kapur. There is love, betrayal and patriotism in the film.

Ae Watan' celebrates the true spirit of patriotism — where one places one's motherland before anything, even oneself. Sung by Arijit Singh and composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy, the composition exudes the spirit of unconditional love for one's country. In the visuals too, one can see how Alia's character Sehmat goes out of her way, often risking her life, to serve her country while living in the enemy land.

Talking about the helmer of Raazi, Meghna Gulzar has earlier impressed the audience with Talvar and Filhaal. She will be working with Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal for the first time. Major portions of the film was shot in the picturesque landscape of Kashmir, where the film is based. Raazi is based on Harinder Sikka's novel Calling Sehmat.
Raazi will be out in theatres on May 11, 2018.
