Veteran actor Raj Kapoor grandson Aadar Jain is all set to make his Bollywood debut alongside Anya Singh with a film titled Qaidi Band. The first poster of the film is out and it looks promising. There is a tagline that reads, “Music will set them free.” It is evident from the poster that the film revolves around music. Both Aadar and Anya are looking promising and it is yet to be seen if they manage to spell magic on the audience.
The news was shared by trade analyst on social media. He tweeted, “Yash Raj's next film release is #QaidiBand... Introduces Raj Kapoor's grandson #AadarJain with newcomer #AnyaSingh...”
The project will be helmed by Habib Faisal and bankrolled by Aditya Chopra. The movie is slated to release on August 25.
Few days back, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma introduced the two young actors at an event. This is not the first time as Yash Raj Films have earlier launched many fresh faces including Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Vaani Kapoor.
When the announcement of Aadar’s debut was made, it again gave rise to nepotism debate. Ranbir stated that his cousin has to deal with it.
