New Delhi: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is not in a good mood these days. Her IPL team Kings XI Punjab isn’t performing pretty well on the field this season.

Recently, the team lost the match to Virat Kohli’s Royal challengers Bangalore with just one run. This has not just annoyed the already upset Preity, but she also lashed out at Coach Sandeep Bangar.

In fact, if the media reports are to be believed, the dimpled beauty, not only shouted at Bangar, but also abused him and allegedly threatened him of sacking.

Reportedly, Preity unhappy with Bangar’s batting order choice during the game. She thought that the coach made too many mistakes in the final few overs and rebuked him for the loss to RCB.

“It was a long monologue with a four-letter being used liberally. Everybody was stunned as Preity repeatedly threatened to sack Sanjay. Nobody spoke a word. Sanjay cut a sorry figure which was sad because he was surrounded by young players and support staff he is supposed to lead. It was rather unbecoming of the team owner,” a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.

On the other hand, Preity and Sanjay have reportedly rubbished the reports of any verbal spat between them.

Even Mohit Burman, co-owner of Kings XI Punjab denied the rumours saying, “I left immediately after the match, but I don't think there was any serious incident. Next day, both Sanjay and Preity met and all was normal between them.”

Kings XI Punjab are currently at the bottom of the points table, with three wins and six points from 10 games with no chance of qualifying for the play-offs. It is their second consecutive poor season after the 2014 high when they had reached the final.
