The makers of hit Bollywood movies like 'The Lunchbox', 'Shahid' and 'Khosla Ka Ghosla', Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur, have come up with another scintillating story about a two-year-old girl who is locked inside her house with her mother, who seems to be dead. As scary as the story sounds, the trailer that hit the internet today is equally heart-wrenching.
Based on a true story, Pihu is a thriller movie that features a two-year-old protagonist for the first time in Bollywood. The trailer that is making waves on the internet shows how the little girl tries to understand her surroundings with her mother on her deathbed and no one else in the house. What can little Pihu do? At times she is trying to wake up her dead mother, other times just lay on her silently. Just like any other little kid, Pihu also messes up with several things in her home like the gas stove, pressing iron, circuit boards etc. Going by the trailer, Pihu definitely looks distressing where you are continuously wondering what will happen next.
