Tagged as the blockbuster king of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh roared at the box-office with Simmba and Gully Boy. Now, the actor is leaving no stone unturned in delivering his best for upcoming film 83. The Kabir Khan-directed sports drama is set against the backdrop of the 1983 cricket World Cup. Ranveer Singh and his 83 team are currently in Himachal Pradesh for the shoot and, today the actor has shared some new pictures on his Instagram, which reflects all the dedication and hard work that the actor has put in for the film.

Taking to Instagram, Ranveer Singh shared the new pictures all the way from Himachal Pradesh and wrote, "Top of the world HimachalPradesh @83thefilm".

Recently, Ranveer Singh shared two pictures from Dharamsala Cricket Ground which has the former Indian cricket captain giving him instructions. Sharing the pictures, the Simmba actor addressed Kapil Dev as the legend.

The pictures are now being circulated by several fan pages on the social media. Both Kapil Dev and Ranveer Singh were spotted in Indian cricket jerseys in the pictures.

Ranveer Singh earlier spoke about the director and said, 'He told me 83 ke World Cup se connected yeh chhoti si ek story sun lo. Just after the first anecdote, I knew this was an unbelievable story. It has never been captured on celluloid because it's such a mammoth undertaking. Credit is due to our producers who are putting their bets on this project."

83 follows how, under newly-appointed captain Kapil Dev, the Indian cricket team defeated West Indies in the final of the World Cup in 1983. It tracks the coming-of-age of not just a cricketing team, but of a young nation in the eyes of the world.
