Actress Anushka Sharma ventured into production with ‘NH10’ and now the trailer of her second home production ‘Phillauri’ is out and set to creat curiosity among the audience. This is the second film produced by Anushka’s home production Clean Slate Films.
The trailer started with Suraj Sharma who was asked to get married to a tree because he was ‘Manglik’.
After he got hitched to tree, a ghost started haunting him. The beautiful ghost is none other than actress Anushka Sharama who is playing the role of Shashi. The lady revealed that she lived in the tree, and was now married to Suraj. What followed was some hilarious dialogues and Anushka’s apt timing.
The 2-minute-55-second trailer took a serious turn when someone asked the ghost Anushka about her unfulfilled wish. It then took us to the past where we got the glimpse of charming actor Diljit Dosanj who was the king of an amazing voice. Both the actors seemed love struck.
The trailer introduced the audience to two different worlds. Anushka looked promising as quirky ghost and serious lover. However, Diljit didn’t get much space in the trailer. It seems that the film belongs to the lady.
It was quite evident from ‘NH10’ that ‘Phillauri’ will also be rich in content. The trailer has hit the right chords.
Directed by Anshai Lal, ‘Phillauri’ is slated to release on March 24.
