Jackie Shroff is the star in Paltan Trailer
After releasing a series of look posters of the actors in Paltan, the makers dropped the trailer of the movie and we can’t help but say that it will get you hooked till the very last minute. Based on the Nathu La military clashes of 1967 which took place along the Sikkim border, Paltan offers the tale of how bravely the Indian army fought with the Chinese forces at the border.
Going by the trailer, it looks like JP Dutta has tried his best to give Paltan, a border and LOC kind of feel however he fails when the Chinese troops come in. It gets odd when one realizes that a few Chinese soldiers are speaking in Mandarin while the others are fluent in Hindi. The trailer has dynamic Jackie Shroff who adds power to it and Arjun Rampal, Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary look like the most dedicated army men of all times.

With 'Paltan' JP Dutta is returning to direction after a 12-year long gap. The national-award-winning director had earlier treated the audience with war films like 'Border', 'LOC Kargil', and 'Refugee' among others.Presented by Zee Studios and produced by JP Dutta Films, the flick is slated to hit the silver screen on September 7.
