Padman new poster out: Akshay Kumar presents his revolutionary product and promises to bring a change

Akshay Kumar starrer Padman is all set to hit the screens on January 26.

The new poster of actor Akshay Kumar starrer Padman is here and it is raising the curiosity among movie buffs. In the picture, the actor can be seen holding a sanitary pad and ready to give a speech. Dressed in formals, it seems that the actor is giving presentation on his revolutionary product. Well, it goes without saying that Khiladi Kumar has surely raised the bar of excitement.

Akshay took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the poster. He tweeted, “#PadManTalks : This pad giving woman two months extra life. Find out how... #PadMan, this Republic Day, 26.01.18 @PadManTheFilm @sonamakapoor @radhika_apte @mrsfunnybones @SonyPicsIndia @kriarj #RBalki.”

In the previous posters of the film, the actor was seen in Indian avatar. Looking at the Akshay’s streak of successful films, expectations are high from Padman as well. The movie is inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the man who invented cheap sanitary napkins.

Along with Akshay, the film also features Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte. Twinkle Khanna has ventured into production with this project. The lady was so inspired by the story of Arunachalam that she wrote about him in her book, The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad. Directed by R. Balki, the movie is all set to hit the screens on January 26.

On a related note, Akshay’s last film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club.
