After releasing the trailer of Rajkummar Rao starrer Omerta, the makers have now unveiled one more poster of the film and it will surely take your excitement to another level. In the pic, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, played by Rao can be seen taken by the police. His sly smile will leave you in anticipation. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta shared the poster on social media.
Hansal took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the poster. He wrote, “Here is a new poster of our film #Omerta. The story of Pakistan’s adopted son Omar Saeed Sheikh. A remorseless criminal who is protected by the Pakistani establishment. @RajkummarRao plays the antagonist and unlike his real self plays a person you will despise!”
Rajkummar and Hansal have earlier worked together in Shahid, Aligarh and CityLights. People have high expectations from Omerta too. The movie is based on the life of terrorist Omar Saeed Sheikh. It received positive response at the Hong Kong International Film Festival. It was also heaped with praises at the Toronto International Film Festival and the Busan International Film Festival.
The film is all set to hit the screens on April 20.
On a related note, Rajkummar will also be seen in films like Stree, Mental Hai Kya and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.
